1. Effective date and acceptance
These Terms take effect on September 3, 2026. By creating an account, accessing, or using the tool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
The tool provides a public, external account, TikTok authorization, and content-publishing workflow. Any eligible user in a supported region may create a Pengbo account and use the service without Pengbo employment, a Pengbo client relationship, an invitation, or a managed-account arrangement. You authorize the destination TikTok account, select the video and caption, choose the privacy and interaction options returned by TikTok, make required commercial-content disclosures, and direct the publishing request.
3. Eligibility and location
- You must be outside mainland China in a location where TikTok is normally available.
- You use the service as an external user. The service is not limited to Pengbo personnel, company-managed accounts, or existing clients.
- You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements in your location and under TikTok's applicable terms.
- You must not use proxy location, false information, or another method to evade network, regional, identity, or platform restrictions. This site does not provide, promote, or assist with such evasion.
4. Pengbo account and TikTok authorization
You create a Pengbo account with an email address and password before connecting TikTok. This Pengbo account is separate from TikTok and is used to isolate your workspace and publishing history from other users. You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are legally authorized to use. Authorization is used only to identify the current account, read the publishing capabilities and options TikTok provides, and complete publishing requests you initiate. You may end the TikTok connection using the disconnect control and sign out of your Pengbo account at any time.
5. User content and responsibility
You are responsible for uploaded videos, captions, brand materials, commercial disclosures, and publishing results. You confirm that your content is lawful and accurate, does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and complies with TikTok community, music-use, and commercial-content policies.
6. Privacy, interactions, and commercial disclosure
- The system does not preselect a privacy level; you must choose one before publishing.
- Comments, Duet, and Stitch are off by default and remain subject to account capability and privacy-level restrictions.
- When promoting a brand, product, or service, you must truthfully enable commercial-content disclosure and choose the correct category.
- Branded content cannot be configured as visible only to you; the system blocks that conflicting combination.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Do not access, connect, or publish from an account or content that is not yours or not authorized.
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or TikTok-prohibited content.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, abuse the API at scale, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the tool to create fake engagement, impersonate another person, or mislead users.
8. Third-party platform
TikTok controls account status, available privacy options, interaction capabilities, review, publishing results, and platform availability. We cannot control TikTok policies, API changes, or processing times. You are also subject to TikTok's applicable terms and policies.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
We take reasonable measures to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful publishing for every request, or any particular reach or performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party platform failures, account restrictions, content-review decisions, or indirect losses.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, TikTok rules, applicable law, or creates a security risk. After termination, data that is not required by law or for security review will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or platform policies change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
